Wyoming State Library Project - General Information

The Wyoming State Librarian will be here on August 14. (I DO NOT KNOW THE TIMES YET)
There will be a one hour presentation on a large project they are working on. It will be very interesting and all are welcome to attend. This will probably take place at the town hall in the Council Room. They are looking for help with the project so after you view the presentation, if you are interested in a part-time job...keep reading. You can come to the presentation just to learn about this huge project, even if you don't want the part-time job.

Those interested in working from their home computers helping with making the project more "searchable" to on-line users by indexing and archiving information (according to my understanding), are invited to attend any ONE of several three hour training classes to be held in Cokeville and Kemmerer on the 14th and 15th.

That is what I understand from my emails and phone calls with Leslie Boughton, the Wyoming State Librarian.

As soon as I know the times for the presentation and the trainings, I will post them on this site and around town.
